Synthetic Silica Nano‐Organelles for Regulation of Cascade Reactions in Multi‐Compartmentalized Systems

Abstract In eukaryotic cells, enzymes are compartmentalized into specific organelles so that different reactions and processes can be performed efficiently with a high degree of control. this work, we show these features artificially emulated in robust synthetic constructed using an enzyme co‐compartmentalization strategy. We describe situ encapsulation approach allows to loaded silica nanoreactors well‐defined compositions. The combined integrated systems produce desired reaction outcome. used the selective nanoreactor integration regulate competitive cascade modulate kinetics sequential involving multiple nanoreactors. Furthermore, giant polymer vesicles, resulting multi‐compartmentalized microreactors.
